Limited Stay Permit Card/Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas (KITAS) is an official identification card issued to foreigners who have a limited stay permit in Indonesia. KITAS indicates that the holder has a legal permit to stay and work in Indonesia for a specified period of time.
Stay Permit is a permit granted to a Foreigner by an Immigration Officer or a foreign service official to be in the Indonesian Territory. (Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration Article 1 paragraph 21) Limited Stay Permit is a permit granted to foreigners to stay and be in the territory of Indonesia for a limited period.
Limited Stay Permit Application Requirements
- Application letter from guarantor and guarantee statement
- Photocopy of guarantor's identity
- Telex visa (new)
- Evidence of reporting via the internet (new)
- A valid and valid national passport or travel document
- Recommendations from relevant government agencies and/or institutions;
- Documents of Guarantor (Company/Organization/Foundation): Permanent business license, Trading Business License (SIUP), company registration certificate, Company NPWP, HO, and company establishment deed and AHU ratification
- Statement of Domicile of Foreigners known to RT, RW and Kelurahan
- Power of attorney with sufficient stamp duty in terms of management through power of attorney
- Submitted no later than 30 days from the date the entry sign was given
