Why does your business need an Investment Activity Report?
Based on Law Number 25 of 2007 Article 15 it is stipulated that every investment company is obliged to make an Investment Activity Report (LKPM) and submit it to the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
Submission of LKPM as referred to in the regulations, is carried out with the following provisions:
- For Business Actors with an investment value of between Rp. 50,000,000.00 (fifty million Rupiah) to Rp. 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million Rupiah) must submit LKPM every 6 (six) months (semester);
- For Business Actors with an investment value of between Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah) to Rp 10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion Rupiah) must submit LKPM every 3 (three) months (quarterly); and
- For Business Actors with an investment value of more than Rp. 10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion Rupiah) must submit LKPM every 3 (three) months (quarterly).
Investment realization in the form of:
- Procurement of land/business place;
- Construction/rental of building/factory or office space/business place;
- Purchase of machinery/equipment both domestically and imported; and/or
- other costs during the construction phase.
